33 Windsor Place is a decent bar that is situated in a nice location next to a church in the centre of Cardiff. Once inside this bar seemed quite smart and upmarket,there was a mix of seating types,the room ran quite a way back. This bar is a Brains tied house,there was one real ale on the bar,this was Brains bitter which was a decent drink. This is a pleasant enough bar to sit and relax in over a pint. Pub visited 28/5/2005
