Bonnie Rogues, Cardiff

The Yard is situated fairly close to Cardiff's train station. This was the first pub i bumped into on my Brains crawl of Cardiff,once inside the pub seemed quite modern,it went back quite a way and there was a mix of seating types. The pub is a Brains tied house,there were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Brains bitter which went down pretty quickly after my long train journey from Nottingham,the other beers were Brains Dark and Brains SA. There were doormen outside the pub on my dinner visit,because there was a lower league play off game Lincoln city v a northern club i car'nt remember the name of. This was a decent enough pub to start my crawl from. Pub visited 28/5/2005
