The Glengower, Aberystwyth

Your experience or visit here will almost certainly be weather dependent. Since the next door Courts gone the topics of conversation may not be as interesting as they used to be but the Beer has improved immensely. Plenty of local Welsh & Border brewed Beers including a Pale Mild which was nice and unusual. If the Weathers good the Beer Garden will be packed, it's really close to the Bar too so no long trek back and fore. Toilets still down an awkward flight of stairs which considering the amount of refurb's it's had is dissapointing. This is common in Aber. I'm not sure on opening times so in poor weather and with it being so far away from any other Pub that can you can guarantee is open means this is a risky walk.

Stayed here on a recent visit to Aberystwyth, room was superb with a sea view. The bar was quite busy even though most people were sat outside as it was a lovely sunny day. The Salopian Lemon Dream was exellent and so was the food, overall we had a really good stay would definitly recommend it.
