The "campaign for comfy seats" is resurrected here. Give me one chesterfield or a sofa please. All hard stools from your nan's kitchen. I liked what there are doing here.... four cask on - which is plenty and my From Brewery Space Taxi was in perfect condition. But pay attention to the chalk board and there are some real unsual keg gems on offer. I couldn't resist my first draught Paulaner Salvator. Very knowledgable and friendly staff.... alas, the rest of the pub was empty until some students racked up around 9:30.

My reaction was very similar to the previous reviewer's. This pub is in the GBG but the vast majority of the beers are on the 17 taps on the bar back. I went for a West Coast IPA from Dark Revolution but it was nothing like any beer of that type I've ever had, being fizzy and tasting of lemons, just like a session IPA. Disappointing. Should have gone for the Stonehenge "green premium bitter" on hand pump. Oh well - there's always the next time.
