The Black Bull is a nice looking stone built pub that had some nice hanging baskets outside om my visit. Once inside the bar faces in a single L shaped room which is carpeted,the seating is bench type and small stools to the front,the left side runs to the rear where there are normal tables and chairs,plus a few tall tables and chairs,there is a pool table to the rear. There were four real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Copper Dragon Golden Pippin which went down well,the other beers were Taylor Landlord,John Smiths Cask and Doom Bar. There were TVs which were showing horse racing and decent looking food was being served. I thought this was a decent pub to have a drink in. Pub visited 20/8/2016
