The Yew Tree, Wolverhampton

A 1960s bland ‘big house’ type pub, detached with a hole ridden car park, with a couple of benches for a patio. The interior is open plan, with a pool table, punchbag machine, Sky TV and a bit of Wolves and old picture memorabilia on the walls, with loud music and a few cracked glass. Service was very friendly, the saving grace really for this place and the clientele was mixed.Beer; tap stuff with Highgate MILD and Davenports Bitter, the MILD wasn’t on and was going to be replaced by Ansells, as the locals like Banks’s? Not worth the effort really, too loud
