Horse & Jockey Inn, Walsall

Reasonable pub in a 'new-trying-to-look-old' building, mainly seeming to attract passing trade and travellers from the hotel opposite through the food offering. Draught ales from Marston's range although only Hobgoblin was on at time of visit.

Recently had new management. Food is on the up and there seems to be regular offers on beers. Good family carvery. Nice food and welcome. Old fashioned pub. Does have events karaoke etc. Think there is something for all ages. Great location if you are staying at hotel over the road.
