George & Dragon, Redfield, Bristol

The George and Dragon is a typical looking town pub that is painted white. Once inside there is an L shaped room with the bar facing,the room is carpeted and the seating normal tables and chairs plus one pew seat to the right,there is a pool table to the front left,the TV was showing rugby. There was a Bass hand pump on the bar,but when i asked for a half of Bass i was served a keg version of it,which was a poor drink,so not sure if the Bass pump is for show,there was also Doom Bar on hand pump. The pub was busy enough with locals on my Saturday dinner visit. I thought this was a decent enough pub to have a drink in. Pub visited 8/4/2017
