The Jewellers Arms, Birmingham

The Jewellers Arms is a Black Country Ales pub, so you know what you're going to get - up to 12 pumps, mostly ale with a cider or two. These include the usual 3 from the host brewery, plus well-chosen guests from independent breweries (Mallinson's & Sussex's Three Acre featured recently). All are listed on screens, though as Hockley sees fewer visitors than Central Birmingham, it didn't seem to be mandatory to order by number as is the case in The Wellington. Ample comfortable seating as usual with BCA, along with background chatter from the busy tables made for a pleasant few hours sampling the beers.
