The Neighbourhood, Leamington Spa

Low cost drinking barn that goes back for miles from the front entrance. Different sections with different wooden floor levels, a modern décor with lots of artwork and plenty of sports screens available down the length including an absolutely enormous projection screen in the section right at the back of the bar. Large Aluminium bar area to the right and then minimalist seating dotted about. Sparsely populated on the Sunday lunchtime I visited and was a bit soulless when empty. I’m guessing this is the type of place that doesn’t come alive until late evening when the youth of Leamington Spa come out to play. Lots of chrome fizz taps on the posh bar surface and although there were two hand pumps on the bar as well, it looked like it had been a long while since they were last clipped.. Didn’t take me long to leave this one, but then I don’t think CAMRA members are the target demographic.
