The Brewery Tap, Sudbury

A white washed pub on the edge of the centre of town and about 7 - 8 minute walk from the railway station, this is a must visit pub if you like Mauldon brewery pub. There were 9 ales available on our visit with most being from Mauldons but a number from other small breweries including one from the Fat Cat brewery in Norwich. Inside the pub insists of an L shaped public area with oodeen floor boards throughout and a pool table on the upper area. Basic food is served but there are signs up saying you can bring your own takeaway in and they will provide the cutlery and crockery.
