Olde Royal Oak, Burton On Trent Town, Burton on Trent

The Olde Royal Oak has seating in the front left window and the serving counter that runs up the left-hand wall is split in two by a supporting column. On the front section are eight hand pumps four of which were in use drawing TT Landlord, Bass, Ossett’s Voodoo and Derby Brewing’s Mercia. On the rear section of the bar is a craft keg selection. To the right of the entrance is a seating area with a large table and a Dungeons & Dragons session was happening in the right corner. I also spotted a projector screen that was set up for gaming. Looking at the previous reviews I think this place has changed a lot since its Fownes Brewery days, but not for the better.
