i have been several times for a meal and drinks, the service is very much get up & get it yourself or chase your order, if the bill is wrong they are unhelpful and unwilling to reprocess the bill to get it right, i personally will not visit again.

we took my sister and husband here who had come down from Kent to visit, plus my mother which was her first dinner out since being in hospital for 9 weeks, and I must say I have never come across such a hostile and rude Landlady ever!! it was disgusting how she spoke to us, I begrudged paying for the meal which i add was not that special, it put a downer on such a lovely weekend, so that will be our last visit to this pub, which is a shame as it is in a lovely village too.
