The Crown Inn, Ilminster

A terraced pub, half modern stone block and half black timber and white. The interior had a pool room, in green and white and a open plan bar/lounge with cream walls, black panel and fake beams, with a food area. There were a number of old photographs and other memorabilia on the walls and dotted about, along with a TV. Service was fine, it was quiet with a small mixed clientele. Beer; tap stuff and Butcombe bitter on handpull, which was OK A mix of modern and traditional look, that sadly wasn't really my kind of thing and a lack of beer choice means i wouldnt go out of my way.
