Dun Cow Inn, Telford

A large, white rendered, town centre terraced pub, that has some external character. The interior was pretty crowded when i visited, with a mixed clientele. I could only see one large open plan area that went around the central bar. The walls are in various colours, as is usual these days, with beams and supporting beams, giving some character to the interior as well. There was Sky TV, comfy chairs and old photographs on the walls. Service was functional, due to it being busy. Beer; tap stuff, with an OK M&B MILD, there were handpull beers, but couldn't see what they were, so i went with the MILD as i wasn't queing. The place had a bit of feel, but is still large and a little soulless. Having just been ripped off by The George Hotel for three bottles of Peroni, i had kind of just had enough of Solihull town.

Generic Bankss Pub , large bar with pool table and darts at either end can be a bit intimadating to non locals , lounge large and slightly shabby but friendlier , usual Bankss beers on , ok but nothing to write home about
