The Falcon has had a recent refurbishment and has reopened as a pub for people who prefer hotel bars. There was just the one real ale, Three Tuns XXX. I stayed for as long as it took to drink it and then went to the Black Horse to try to expunge the memory of this place with a half of Bathams. Date of visit: 19th October 2019

The Falcon is a large looking pub which is in the Low Town area of Bridgnorth. Once inside the bar faces in a large oblong shaped room which runs the width of the pub,the floor is bare boarded,the seating is a mix of tall tables and chairs and normal tables and chairs,there is a smaller oblong shaped room to the right which was not in use on our Saturday afternoon visit. There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Three Tuns XXX,which was a very nice drink,the other real ale was Hobsons Town Crier. The pub was almost empty which made it seem less appealing,so probably better visited in the evening when it is hopefully busier. Pub visited 29/4/2017
