The Fox Inn, Newark

The Fox Inn is a very nice looking white painted pub. Once inside the pub has two seperate rooms,there is a small square shaped bar to the front,the lounge to the rear is larger and oblong shaped,this room is carpeted and has a beamed ceiling,there is a large raised area to the left,the seating is bench type and normal tables and chairs. There were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Doom Bar which was ok but nothing special,the other beers were London Pride and Old Speckled Hen. This is a pleasant pub just a shame there was'nt one local beer on the bar. Pub visited 16/8/2014
