Fleece Inn, Alnwick

This is a pub that closes in the afternoon. I was walking past the other day and noticed a few real ales listed on the chalk board outside, so was planning on returning after grabbing a bite to eat and having a look round Alnwick. Unfortunately they had closed early so by the time I was walking back they had closed. WhatPub says they are open until 3pm, however a sign in the window says 2:30pm. I was there for 2:10pm and the lights were off and door shut. I guess they must have been quiet and closed early, which was a bit of a disappointment really, as it appeared to have one of the better real ale line-ups compared to other pubs in Alnwick.
