The Black Horse Inn, Settle

Visited back in August. At the bar were four hand pulls, with two of those offering Timothy Taylor ales - Landlord and Boltmaker according to my notes. The other option was Lamb Pale, which I went for, and was fairly nice without being outstanding. As you enter the front door and bear left you enter a room containing booth/banquette seating plus tables and chairs, and stools at the all important bar. There is an additional room beyond, which looks like it wraps round the bar, and I noted the presence of a fire place. A couple of tables had reserved notices on, so I assume they do food, though there was no sign of this in terms of menus and cutlery kicking about at the time of my visit. Good to see it reopened but I have to say I probably wouldn't be that inclined to make the walk from Settle to pay a further visit. However I certainly wish it well.
