The Ship, Tottenham Hale, N17

This place doesn't have the widest selection of drinks, but the Guinness was good and the barmaid was very friendly. There is a massive Taylor Walker mirror and a tiny pool table around the back of the island bar. Other than the posters dotted around advertising the live music, this pub is sparsely decorated and could do with a little TLC to bring it back to its best. There is a small smoking area out the back past the gent's toilets and the ladies toilet is located up some stairs at the rear of the pub. Although it was fairly quiet early on Saturday afternoon, I did like the crowd and thought it was very friendly, but I think that I would choose the Elbow Room next door if in the area again.
