Kings Head, Finsbury Park, N4

This is a small and thin Irish bar that has a plasma screen at either end and a dartboard at the rear. The rugby was being shown when Arsenal were playing and a couple of people turned and left when told that there is no Sky Sports. There are four hand pumps which were all dispensing Courage Best, but I decided to have a Guinness which was well served. There’s not really much else to say about this place other than the governor was polite when the other two customers in attendance were not. I suppose this place is ok for a very quiet pint during the day, but there are better pubs in this area.
