Visited 28/05/26. No cask. Two handpumps both with glasses over the handles, unclear as to what the offering would have been. Keg offering of Doom Bar, Guinness, Murphy's Irish Stout, Moretti, Inch's, Cruz, Amstel, Heineken, Brixton Reliance Pale Ale and their Low Voltage APA. Quite small corner venue with an unusual dark green colour scheme (walls and furniture) and then a black ceiling with a mixture of candle bulb suspended lights plus ceiling fitted wooden shapes with pink back lighting! The wooden bar counter is against the rear wall in quite a narrow L shaped venue with a snug hosting an upright piano tucked round the rear of the bar counter and with its own serving hatch. Some tall stool seating dotted along the bar counter but seating mainly via green studded leather banquettes around the perimeter serving regular tables with the same style regular chairs the other side thereof and then a tall table over in the front corner away from the entrance, this being the only bare bricked part of the walls here and near the seemingly non-operational fire grate. A single screen was switched off on my visit, and a poppy soundtrack was playing. Some picnic bench seating outside on the pavement and the most popular choice, so much so that I was the only punter inside on my early evening visit.
