I won't repeat Mr Fastard's accurate description below. On our visit the 3 screens were showing the Hammers being hammered 6-0 by Man City to the chagrin of the landlord. There were a few locals and regulars in, mainly seated around the bar, but they tended to drift off after the footy. The landlord closed at 10, whether this is a regular thing when things are slow or he was in a strop I'm not sure but worth noting if you're looking for a later pint. Beers all from Charles Wells: Courage Best, Directors and Santas Little Belter. Deeply uninspiring but, surprisingly, the Directors was in top condition and went down as well as I can remember anything from Charlie Wells going down. Stop in for a Directors if you're deeply thirsty.
