Top-end, Michelin-starred gastro-pub, but relatively quiet on a Monday evening so no bother about just getting in for a pint. Although the tables were nearly all laid up for those dining, there were a couple that I could have sat at, but I chose to sit at the bar for a more informal experience. Restrained furniture and decoration throughout. Two cask ales on handpump: Landlord and Sambrook's Wandle (£6.00, which was much lower than I anticipated). I found the manager and team all in good spirits, and I ended up enjoying my brief stop here rather more than I had expected.
