Brass Monkey, SW1

This place is a lot less like a restaurant and more like a bar than the outside suggests and I was surprised to see Adnams and Landlord hand pumps, although the latter was off. It is only a small bar so a limited selection of Peroni, Amstel, Heineken, Becks, Strongbow and Guinness is available. The chilled background music was at a unobtrusive volume and there is a plasma screen which was off during my visit and I didn't spot any ads for future sporting events so probably no Sky. This isn't the sort of place that I would normally choose to drink in, but I can see the attraction as it is a nice little bar.
