Corner gastro-pub with a relatively unfussy mix of mid-height, semi-modern furniture and dark, restrained decor. A few small tables can also be found out on the pavement. No real ale unfortunately, and the ten craft keg taps are on a hooped fount hidden behind unusual wooden boxing. Regular beers include Dream Factory and Metroland NYC (£6.10) from Two Tribes plus the 'house' Elgin Lager from Moor and others from Lost & Grounded, Hackney and Hammerton, together with a Sandford Orchard cider and up to three guests.

This one functions much more as a café / restaurant nowadays. The interior is well described below and the white tiled bar area gives more prominence to cakes and croissants and the coffee making machine than it does to alcohol. There is still a range of draft taps that actually were offering a decent range of chilled Craft brews including beers from Camden and Meantime breweries and my half of Camden Ink Stout , pitched at a restaurant level £2.30 was actually very pleasant, once it had thawed out and I could taste it. Also a chalk board advertised three 1/3 pint tastings for £5. Also I did notice bottled offerings from the Crate and Beavertown breweries in the fridge behind the serving area as well But the focus is definitely on food and you get the impression that they move more coffee than they do beer here now. Won’t leave a rating as it’s not really a pub by my interpretation and my lunchtime visit didn’t give any clue to how it functions as a bar in the evening, if at all.
