The Thatched House, W6

Nicely refurbish with a large rear area for dining.Three cask beers on Youngs -bitter,Bombadier and Tribute so still a dull list imo.

Following an extensive refurb, The Thatched House reopened in August 2014 as The Butcher's Hook, sister pub to the one in Fulham.

For a Young's pub this corner-site pub, set in Hammersmith's suburban hinterland, isn't at all bad. The Victorian interior has obviously been ripped out in the past but the large, spacious bar area is quite tastefully decorated and at least there is some comfortable seating. The service was friendly and efficient and the ales were well-kept. Overall impression was above average and I'd certainly visit again.
