The Shambles, Lutterworth

The Shambles is a large thatched pub that is on Lutterworths market place. Once inside there was a small drinking area at the front and another room to the right,we went to the left which took us into a large bar which ran to the rear of the pub,the room had a stone floor and a beamed ceiling,the seating was bench type with normal tables and chairs,there was a pool table to the rear of this room. The pub is a Marstons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Banks's bitter which was a nice enough drink,the other beer was Pedigree. The pub was fairly quiet on our late Saturday afternoon visit,i thought this was a decent enough pub to have a drink in. Pub visited 16/3/2013
