Donnington Arms, Coalville

The Corner Pin looks a bit different to most pubs from the outside. Once inside there was an L shaped room with the bar facing,the right side was carpeted and had a TV on the left side was bare boarded,the seating was mainly bench type and chairs,there was also a pool area to the far left. There were two unclipped pumps on the bar,i asked for a drink of real ale but was told no real ales here,the only bitter was John Smiths smooth crap which i had a drink of and it lived up to its name it was crap. The pub was empty on our dinner time visit. This pub was a bit of a let down in my opinion. Pub visited 14/12/2012
