The Birch Tree, Coalville

The Birch Tree is a nice looking pub that is situated close to a very busy roundabout. Once inside the pub had three seperate rooms,we had a drink in the bar which was to the left,this was a very smart and comfortable room to have a drink in with comfy bench seats and small stools this room was carpeted,there was a larger lounge to the right which was very smart with an olde world feel to it,there was a seperate pool room the the rear. This pub is an Everards tied house and there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Everards Tiger bitter which was a very nice drink the other beer was Everards Original. I really liked this pub and would have happily had a good session here if not on a pub crawl. Pub visited 14/12/2102
