The Lamb, Ashby-De-La-Zouch

A Craft Union pub which (perhaps somewhat incongruously for the brand) had gone Full Pride for the weekend, the exterior and interior festooned with rainbow flags. The long and narrow interior is a cut above the usual and has been looked-after, presumably smartened-up somewhat since Will’s review 13 years ago. Angle of the front means it’s not the kind of place that catches the light so the cream colour scheme makes sense. At the bar, one hidden pump that was out of use anyway. My Guinness to parse the tick was fine and the barman friendly.
