The Old Town Hall, Poulton-Le-Fylde

This place was quiet on my early Wednesday evening visit. It's an old red brick building which inside consists of a narrow room split into different areas with a mix of wooden floors tiles and carpet. There is a pool table tucked away at the rear and TV screens which weren't too obtrusive. The bar has five hand pumps which had Rooster's Yankee & Riwaka, Cross Bay Sunshine, Copper Dragon Golden Pippin and Moorhouse Witches Brew. I went for the Yankee (£2.68 including discount) which was excellent. This seems to be more of a locals pub but the beer was good and it's well worth a look.

A biggish pub in the main square. Open plan with a pool table at the rear. A variety of old football programmes adorn the walls. A few real ales available. Friendly enough place.
