The Old Town Hall, Poulton-Le-Fylde

A Sunday evening visit in early April:lively with a largely mature clientele.Much as described by Ray and Aqualung: we sat in the right hand room, which appears to be a shrine to horseracing.Several handpumps on the bar;we enjoyed pints of Ossett Yorkshire Blonde and Bowland Buster, both of which were in good condition. Wood panelled, perhaps a memory of its municipal past,reminding me of generic London pubs.Worth a revisit.
