Closest pub to the Fleetwood-Knott End ferry and therefore guaranteed a good slice of trade on sunny days as it has a large garden; and indeed it was rammed when I looked in a fine Spring day, with a queue around 20 strong at the bar. Fairly modernised interior over a couple of areas – nothing to get excited about. Three pumps with just GK Golden Hen on, so that made my mind up against being person 21 in the queue and I headed off to The Squash.

Great pub now ,top real ales and hand pulled cider,food really good with new chef,staff all really helpful,stunning veiws over Morecambe bay and the river Wyre,close to the Fleetwood ferry,so well worth a visit if in Fleetwood . Ps roaring log fire as well
