Yes this was my first pub a drank in when i started to drink about 16 went in got a drink and moved away glad i had been served and we kept ourselves to our self not like the young ones today can remember the bar in another place and when you came through the side door it was on your right now that door as gone. You also could go down the steps at the front of the pub to another bar called the Rat Pit but thats gone now. Will always call back in here so many happy times when i was young was had in here
