The City Of London (Seawall Tavern), Romney Marsh

Old inn, understandably - given its situation - also known as the Seawall Tavern. The entrance is at the higher level, effectively the first floor when viewed from the main road. It features a slightly split-level layout of two main rooms both refurbished in a gastro-pub style. Thankfully, rather than a dull national brand Romney, Romney Marsh Amber (£4.00) was available from one of the three handpumps on the counter.
