Ewe & Lamb, Cranbrook

Very attractive country pub set in a small offshoot of the main Rolvenden village about a mile away that you wouldn't find by chance. It sits in a slightly elevated position, with enough space on the front lawn for a number of large wooden and smaller metal tables. With coronavirus restrictions in place, and in good weather, customers were encouraged to sit outside so I didn't get a full look at the interior, but the bar area is pleasingly traditional. Just Harvey's available from a small bank of handpumps on this visit, but this was in fine form.
