The Albion, Tewkesbury

This is an open plan Victorian pub that is half white and half brick. The interior is tired with light coloured walls. The walls are dotted with nail holes and screw holes. They are decorated with lots of pictures of tribute acts. It is open plan. Beerwise is just the usual stuff - no real ales, but one real cider on handpull. The service was fine - this is because I had a pint of Guinness which was foul and vinegary. I took it back to the bar and it was exchanged for a John Smith's without question and the price difference was refunded. There were a few old boys in there who were worse for the wear. There was no atmosphere. I drank swiftly and left. I wouldn't go out of my way to return.
