The Prince Albert, Old Town, Eastbourne

Potentially interesting mock-Tudor pub, but looking so run down (with some of the exterior signage missing) I wasn't convinced that it was actually open. However, it was, although equally sad inside. Only one of the bars, a refurbished 'L'-shaped space with limited furniture, was open; and you get the impression that most of the trade comes from the regular live music events.
