The Wheatsheaf is Writtle's entry in the Good Beer Guide. It is a 2-room locals pub, with a bar to the left and a lounge to the right. The lounge had several other customers in. So, I chose to drink in the bar, where there were just 2 other customers... [more>] |

Bit of a foody pub but they do a fair selection of real ale.Worth a visit as the staff and locals are friendly. |
