Two-part staple-shaped bar along the frontage, divided into dining and general seating areas. Both parts have been given a semi-modern refurbishment at some stage, as has the front patio beer garden. Just Landlord (£5.60) on the single handpump.

A posh hotel which is part of Rothschild's Waddesdon Manor estate and between the two 'proper' pubs in this attractive drive-thru village. A small bar is open to non-patrons and does offer a real ale, but had just gone on my arrival and a replacement... [more>]
