With the better of the town's Wetherspoon's (the Willow Grove) having closed in 2023, Southport is just left with the Sir Henry Segrave. It was at least near to our hotel and suited us as a last stop of the night, with it opening until 1am on a Frida... [more>]

For some reason Robinsons decided to sell this gem of a pub to Trust Inns, on the plus side they are back open with a pretty decent range of ale, so possibly has a free-of-tie lease arrangement. —- a fine example of a traditional pub in Southport’s ... [more>]
