Backstreet pub west of Ormskirk town centre in a residential area. There is a large car park to the side and a garden to the rear. The car park was in a bit of a state and didn't give off a good initial impression. I wasn't expecting any real ale he... [more>] |

Big dining pub on the busy County road into Ormskirk. I find it friendly, comfortable and welcoming - and cosier than the typical chain dining pub. On this visit there were plenty of regulars in too. It’s owned by Holts (despite no indication of this... [more>] |
