The Black Horse is a pleasant country pub on a reasonably quiet lane - the seats out the front are a fine place to sit on a sunny day. The handpump count is back up to four - 3 from Long Man, including Old Man, which I was surprised to see in June; ... [more>] |

Since the previous comment The Black Horse now serves a third ale, Hophead from Dark Star and the quality of all of them was fantastic this last weekend. They have also started stocking real ciders on hand pumps. It is a really pretty little pub, ... [more>] |
