This recently newish (in terms of the age of The City of London) build pub was opened in late 1997 and is housed on the bottom floor of an office block where my good lady used to work back in the late 80’s and I remember the area around Monument Tube... [more>]

Large modern bar with bland corporate furniture and décor, rather mis-marketed by Greene King as a 'traditional pub'. Having said that, it is used to be one of the better places for cask ale in the immediate area, although just IPA and Old Speckled ... [more>]
