A 15th Century coaching inn which still offers B&B. The interior was extended in the Georgian period, giving it high ceilings and a rather grand interior. There are paved outside areas a the back and sides but no proper garden. The bar is open plan... [more>] |

The Globe is more of a restaurant than a village pub. Last time I ate there there was a card on the table inviting the diner to nominate it for the which restaurant of the year!!! Its not quite that standard. Having said that, the food is ok and ther... [more>] |
