Incredibly, found by CAMRA for the GBG. Solid locals pub, fully endorsed by community on a Friday evening. It felt like the entire hamlet was there with standing room only. Front bar, low ceiling, log burner, probably three tables... all reserved a... [more>] |

Lovely little village pub just off the road to Torver. Good Beer Guide regular, with Bank Top Flat Cap always on (NBSS 4) and usually Great Corby Blonde and one other, on this occasion Bank Top Dark Mild. Opening hours are limited (see photo) but we... [more>] |
