Situated just to the north of Dorchester, this pub looks a bit run-down and quite small if you approach from the north. However, if you approach from Dorchester itself, the stone facade is much more impressive and it seems a much bigger building. On... [more>] |

A pleasant pub on the edge of town, there is a small outside terrace at the front and a large car park with a gravelled overspill area for coaches. The interior is much as described by Soup Dragon, below. The carvery looked like good value, though ... [more>] |
