I stayed in Lochmaddy several years ago and went into the public bar. On my more recent visit I thought I'd try the lounge instead. It was mid-afternoon and I was the only customer. There were two hand pumps, with Caledonian Deuchars IPA on one, and ... [more>] |

Dating from 1864, the hotel is one of the first buildings you'll come to if you're arriving by ferry from Uig on Skye. The cosy public bar is the locals' village pub and the lounge next door provides meals. |
