A rather posh-looking eatery with various woodwork and potted palms, plus a terrace outside. One handpump at each end of the bar counter, both carrying TT Landlord. Felt more like a restaurant than a pub - didn't venture upstairs.

A revisit to this 1* CAMRA Heritage pub and regular GBG entry. Ram-packed though no obvious changes from previous, maybe bar a lick of paint. Had to get some annoying codger locals to stop using the only spare table as their personal cloakroom. Three... [more>]
